Regardless of your level of asana practice, this system provides all the techniques for the attainment of high spiritual aspirations & excellent physical health. In this immersion, you will experience challenging multi-dimensional asana sequences to support your ability for development.
Afternoon sessions will include lectures and dance of Shiva to deepen your practice. 200 hour YA approved certification available for those interested. This journey offers practical tools to spark your desire for self-searching and spiritual development. Individual consults & private sessions with Andrey are also available.
Andrey Lappa is one of the most influential professional yoga masters living in our time. After devoting his life to exploring the most esoteric and spiritually challenging practices of you in Hindu ashrams and Buddhist monasteries, Andrey developed the powerful system of Universal Yoga and is the devoted keeper of the ancient tradition of Dance of Shiva. He currently conducts workshops & Training worldwide.
