Listed below are the policies for the studio.

STORE POLICY

Opened audio and video items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sale items are final sale

SALES DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits towards class card purchase must be 50% of card value and remainder paid within seven (7) day

MEMBERSHIP AND CLASS CARD POLICY

All membership and class cards have an expiration date and are non-transferable and non-refundable. yoga elements studio is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. When studio is closed for more than one (1) day then class cards will be extended 30 classes for new comers expire in 30 days from the date of practice. 5 classes package expire in 30 days from the date of practice. 30 classes package expire in 60 days from the date of practice. 50 classes package expire in 90 days from the date of practice.

GUEST PASS POLICY

Current members can invite one (1) guest each purchase Guests can come one (1) time free "elements" class on Monday - Friday only Guests must be residents of Bangkok , with valid ID or work permit

WORKSHOP POLICY

We accept only cash for workshop payment Pre-payment in 50% is required at time of reservation. no cash refunds If yoga elements studio cancels a workshop, a full credit or refund will be issued. Yoga elements studio reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion

PRIVATE CLASS POLICY

Pre-payment is required at time of booking. Cancellations more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled session will receive full credit towards a future private or class card purchase. Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of scheduled session will be charged in full.
