• All membership and class cards have an expiration date and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• When studio is closed for more than one (1) day then class cards will be extended
• Ten (10) class cards expire three (3) months from the date of purchase.
• Twenty (20) class cards expire six (6) months from the date of purchase.
• One (1) month unlimited memberships expire thirty (30) days from date of purchase.
• Three (3) month unlimited memberships expire ninety (90) days from date of purchase and may be frozen up to one (1) week and only one (1) time.
• Six (6) month unlimited memberships expire one hundred eighty six (186) days from date of purchase and may be frozen up to one (1) week and only one (1) time.
• Twelve (12) month unlimited memberships expire three hundred sixty five (365) days from date of purchase and may be frozen up to one (1) week two (2) times.
• Freezing membership is the responsibility of the member, a call or visit is required

• Current monthly and stamp card members can invite two (2) guests per month
• Guests can come one (1) time free only
• Guests must be residents of Bangkok , with valid ID that shows this

• Pre-payment in full is required at time of registration.
• no cash refunds
• Credit only is given for cancellations at least seven (7) days prior to the workshop.
• If yoga elements studio cancels a workshop, a full credit or refund will be issued.
• Yoga elements studio reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion

• Pre-payment at time of booking is required.
• Cancellations more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled session will receive full credit towards a future private or class card purchase.
• Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of scheduled session will be charged in full.
