Chan Hemintranont (E-RYT 500), a PAI Yoga and Fitness former owner, is a native Thai yoga teacher from U.S.A. With over 10 years of teaching experience, her approach to Vinyasa flow is creative and rejuvenating. The intention of each class, through breathing technique, is to help students find calmness in their minds, to strengthen the body-mind-soul connection, and to experience a new sense of being, of completeness. Above all, Chan loves having fun during class--and even making people giggle! "If you can laugh in a yoga class," she says, "you are an advanced student."
She is not your typical yoga teacher. She has spent the last 17 years in the U.S.A. starting from her MBA completion, International business liaison and successfully opened two yoga studios. With her profound knowledge in yoga and Ayurveda, she is ready to share her passion with Thai yogi community in helping them live more consciously with the right diet and lifestyles, as they truly are the essence of disease prevention and a key to a healthy life and longevity.
