Module 1: 20 hours: Learn The Secrets of Healing

Yin Yoga is a meditative, therapeutic approach to yoga that promotes healing and calmness. It deeply reduces stress and anxiety and balances the body, mind and energy. The practice uses longer holds of static postures while cultivating awareness, allowing for deep release of connective tissue and improvement of joint flexibility. 

In this 3 day course, you will learn the essentials for practicing and teaching Yin Yoga, including basic anatomy, yin/yang theory, meditation and teaching methodology

Chiharu is a Japanese yin yoga and meditation teacher trainer who focuses her message on how we can heal ourselves at all levels of being. From the first day she began meditation, became an essential part of her life, untying the knots in her mind and releasing happiness deep from within. She has a loyal following of students and  teaches classes, workshops and trainings in Thailand and throughout Japan
